We are looking for 2 people, ages 30-45, professional male or female. We have a house on 44th Street and the bay in Sea Isle City, NJ.
Our group is made up of 3 guys and 2 girls, ages 40-45. The professions of us are Advertising Sales, IT Programmer, School Teacher, Buyer, & Bartender. As a group we have gotten Sea Isle beach rentals for many, many years. As time goes on, people move on due to marriage, kids and other personal situations. That is why we are looking, so come on join the fun!!!
The property is a stackable unit, we are on the bottom. The house has 3 bedrooms; Bedroom #1: 1 double, 1 single; Bedroom #2: 1 double, 1 single; Bedroom #3: 1 double, 2 singles and 1 and 1/2 baths. Season is from Friday, May 14 - Thursday, September 30 (Total 20 Fun Weekends in Sea Isle). All utilities are included in this price. Apartment size, stackable Washer/Dryer, a brand new grill and central air included as well. There is also a deck off of the Living Room. Since, we are all adults, you hang from the chandelier and it gets ripped off the ceiling, you are required to pay to get it fixed, as with anything else that might get broken or damaged. Price is $2,300.00 per person for all the info listed above.
A typical weekend: Laying out, drinking, eating, grilling, shopping, hitting the bars, games of flip-cup, and best of all not having to work.
Miscellaneous Info: The 3 major holidays we take long weekends/weekdays. If you choose to be a roommate you are more than welcome to spend some vacation time down there. We are a group that doesn’t bring the bar back to our house after closing time. One of the bedrooms which has 1 twin/ 1 double will be your room. Since you don’t know us, nor do we know you, it makes more sense. Our ideal roommates would be 2 guys or 2 girls that are friends or a happy couple. Also, we would like to meet you prior to making a commitment. We have pictures of the house available upon request. Finally, if seriously interested we can take a trip to see the house in person. Our gang loves animals and children, unfortunately, our house is not a pet-friendly or kid-friendly house!!
