OUR HOUSE: Just build a few years ago on 37th-Central. Six Bedrooms. Three floors. Massive decks. Entire side yard. Parking for seven. Digital Cable, Internet, Central Air, Beer Mister, Two Fridges, Water Cooler, Totally hooked up.
AGES: Most of the girls are late 20s, Most of the guys are early 30s.
OCCUPATIONS: Lot of different ones, majority would be bar/rest. employees in our house ( Tavern on Broad, Parx Casino, The Deauville ).
OUR SCENE: Crazy but responsible partying. We def. get after it but not frat house style. We have a very nice house and keep it clean & in order. Because alot of us are in the bar biz. we know pretty much every bartender, server, DJ, manager in Sea Isle & Avalon. Dram Queens & Meatheads no need to apply.
INTEREST: We def. are not a crew that likes to sit around and do the same thing. We party from AC to Wildwood, always mixing it up, always looking for something new to do.
BEST PART: Our house is never dead & never overcrowded. Since so many people have different schedules there is something to do every single day.

Our group is made up of 3 guys and 3 girls, ages 40-45. The professions of us are Advertising Sales, Attorney, IT Programmer, Buyer, & Bartender. As a group we have gotten Sea Isle beach rentals for many, many years. As time goes on, people move on due to marriage, kids and other personal situations. That is why we are looking.
We are looking for 1 person, preferably a female. One of the rooms will be yours, and you will be sharing it with another female. This room consists of 1 double bed & 1 single bed. So, come on join the fun!!! We have a house on 44th Street back on the bay in Sea Isle City, NJ. The house is on the bay and has a slip if you have a boat!!! The view from our deck is great!!! The slip will accommodate up to a 20'-22' boat. Draft is 17 feet. Sport boats or center consoles will fit; there isn't enough room for Cabin Cruisers.
Side Note: Anyone reading this ad that is just looking for a boat slip, we are unable to sublet it out. The slip is for roommates only, because of possible liabilities.
The property are stackable units, we are on the bottom. House is 3 bedrooms; Bedroom #1: 1 double, 1 single; Bedroom #2: 1 double, 1 single and Bedroom #3: 1 double, 2 singles. 1 and 1/2 bath. Season is from Friday, May 21-Sunday, October 2nd (Total 20 Fun Weekends in Sea Isle). All utilities are included in this price. Apartment size, stackable Washer/Dryer included as well. We also have a brand new grill. The house has central air. There is a deck off of the Living Room.
Since, we are all adults; you are expected to be courteous to the property (inside/outside). If anything gets broken or damaged by you, you will be required to pay to get it fixed or replacing the item.
Price is $2,400.00 per person for all the info listed above.
A typical weekend: Laying out, drinking, eating, grilling, shopping, some games of flip-cup, and best of all not having to work.
Miscellaneous Info: The 3 major holidays we take long weekends/weekdays. If you choose to be a roommate you are more than welcome to spend some vacation time down there as well. We are a group that doesnŐt bring the bar back to our house after closing time. Also, we would like to meet you as well. We have more pictures of the house. Finally, if you are seriously interested we can take a trip to see the house in person.
***The landlordŐs birthday is in August. He takes the week of 8th-15th of August, there will be 1 weekend that we WILL NOT be able to go down.****
Our gang loves animals and children, unfortunately, our house is not a pet-friendly or kid-friendly house!!
The roommates are great and the view of the inland waterway is better. We're looking forward to another summer of sun, sand, & surf, and want you to join the fun!!
