Have you been holding out for a really fabulous shore house? Well, you have found it! We have a HUGE bay front house that needs a few more people to complete the greatest house on the island. We have a wonderful, easy going, fun having, drama free group. Love to have Bar-B-Q's, play drinking games, wine nights and just frolicking around in the bay and beach. Clean house with 2 jacuzzis, 3 fireplaces, built in bar and fun room! The views are amazing!!!! Walking distance to everything so just park your car when you get there and leave it there till your about to go back home to reality. We also have very active people who enjoy exercising....(more then lifting 12oz'ers) if your interested you could have a healthy motivator.

I have a shore house in Avalon at 451 21st st. right over the bridge. The house is a mix of girls/guys (in our 20’s) and we are looking for one more full-time person or 2 more PT people to fill the spot. We are looking for someone friendly, laid-back and looking to have a good time. We have the bottom floor of the house and about 4 FT people and a few PT’s.

We have one spot left in our Avalon shore house. The location is 24th and Ocean. We are one block from the Princeton (hottest bar in Avalon), three blocks from shopping, restaurants, bank and more. You can walk to the beach from our house. You don't need to have a car, this house is a few blocks from town.
You are given your own bed all summer, same bed and you will share a room with one other person, two per room. If you are a female and responding, you must be comfortable sharing a room with a guy.
This is a really good deal for a full-share all summer. We are offering a good deal.
Our house is the first level of a two story house. We have three bedrooms and one bath, living room with a couch, outside shower and partial yard. The total number of people living in the house will be 7. We all like to have fun, but are not a crazy bunch. We do sleep and work and have fun.
We are all from Center City Philadelphia, but die hard Avalon people. We are a fun, athletic bunch needing one last person to complete our summer house.
The price is $2,000 for the summer, plus $150 security deposit.
